Mammography Our mammography department is accredited by several organizations such as FDA, American College of Radiology, Arizona Radiation Regulatory Agency, and Medical Quality Standards Act (MSQA). Our technologist has years of experience and is accredited by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Multiple interpreting physicians along with CAD (Computer Aided Detection) bring you the highest quality possible.
Ultrasound Green Valley Imaging brings decades of experience in ultrasound to include abdominal, pelvic, endovaginal studies, thyroids, breast, testicular, venous and arterial dopplers, visceral vascular studies and carotid dopplers. Our new equipment brings the highest quality of images for our interpreting physicians. Our new laser printer not only improves resolution but is environmentally safe.
Computed Tomography (CT) Our new Computed Tomography system is a high-speed system which allows less exposure time and high resolution scanning. In less than 2 minutes, our system can scan your head to your pelvis. The large gantry and speed allows even the most claustrophobic patient to withstand this procedure. Our technologist has over 30 years of radiology experience and serves as the radiation safety officer for Rapid Sound, Inc.
Osteoporosis Screening (DEXA) Dual Energy X-Ray Absorptiometry (DEXA) provides the diagnostic tool to detect osteoporosis and osteopenia. Osteoporosis affects millions of people every year – especially women. Early detection and diet are key to preventing this disease.
General X-Ray Green Valley Imaging provides all types of general x-rays. Our diagnostic x-rays are provided Monday thru Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on a walk in basis. All other exams are scheduled promptly.
